River's Edge Farm is a working farm that does double duty as a primary residence and 35 acre working farm on one hand and a unique, quiet retreat on the other.

The story of River's Edge Farm is simple and fun. We breed and board alpacas on 35+ acres nestled in the picturesque mountains of Western Maryland overlooking the Potomac River. Our work is both a lifestyle and a passion, serious quality in a fun environment—full of happy critters and nice people.

Although wonderfully private, the farm is only 20 miles from the Cumberland, Maryland I-68 exit. The Cumberland area is about two hours drive from Pittsburgh, Washington DC and Baltimore. Directions are available via e-mail!
