Scenic Railroad Bike Trail Shuttle Service The Western Maryland Scenic Railroad offers a shuttle service for Great Allegheny Passage trail users between Cumberland and Frostburg. The service is available Thursday thru Sunday leaving Cumberland at 11:30 am. Enjoy the ride up the hill to Frostburg and coast 16 miles back. Special 2009 summer rate just $25.
