Cumberland's historic resources abound. The Washington Street district features five block of stunning Victorian era homes as well as the Gordon Roberts House and the Brook Whiting House.

The downtown Arts and Entertainment District includes it's own version of great architecture in the Baitmore Street commercial district, plus the Canal Place preservation area featuring the Western Maryland Station, the National Park Service C&O Canal Museum and a working steam railroad as well as the new Queen City Transportation Museum, featuring parts of one of the nation's premier carriage collections.

Meal choices are numerous, all within walking distance of the Cumberland's historic attractions.
