Springs Historical Society

Hear the clip-clop of horse and buggies of the local Amish community in the village of Springs, PA. The Springs Farmers' Market, the largest in the area, offers local produce, meats, flowers, and baked goods as well as a large flea market and handmade crafts by local artisans.

The Springs Museum, a two-story collection of over 2,000 artifacts, depicts the early life of the Casselman Valley settlers as well as offering over 55 years of genealogical and historical journals. Enjoy nature as you walk along the self-guided 4/10 mile easy-walking nature trail adjacent to the grounds.

You will want to return in the fall during the colorful foliage for the two-day Springs Folk Festival. The 60th annual festival is the celebration of Pennsylvania Dutch heritage with over 100 crafters demonstrating their art and pioneer skills. PA Dutch dinners, hayrides, farm equipment demonstrations and continual music performances in the large music building as well as along the wooded trail will keep your family entertained.

The Springs Historical Society is a non-profit organization founded in 1957.
