Hands-on-History is a free class series developed in 2016 with a mission to showcase the creative gifts and strengths of individuals of Allegany County and the surrounding region. Learn by doing in a family friendly, local heritage site. Classes occur Saturdays 7 months of the year and are free of admission. For more information call 301-777-8678.

Becoming Wonderstruck, Learning about collecting with Brian Selznick’s artful book, Wonderstruck, Family friendly, ages 9-15 encouraged. A copy of Wonderstruck will be needed for the two classes. 4 copies are available through the Allegany County Public Library System.
