Basic Ceramics Class

Frostburg State University's Department of Visual Arts will offer a non-credit community course in basic ceramics this fall. The class will be held on Tuesdays from Aug. 29 to Oct. 17 from 6 to 9 p.m. in room 107 of FSU's Fine Arts Building.This eight-week course will provide an introduction to the basic ceramic processes, including hand-building and the pottery wheel. The course will be taught by local ceramic artists Bobby Croft and Alexis Thorner.The cost is $180, plus the cost of clay. Tools are provided.
