Perman looks forward to sharing music, stories, anecdotes and a range of experiences that have managed to bring together diverse aspects of his life. The "Bima" in Hebrew is the place from which the rabbi or hazzan (prayer leader) leads the service in the synagogue, and Perman will talk about the close relationship between the stage and the bima as far as integrating the world of spirit, music, performance, and drama. There are many aspects of creativity and spirituality that are common to both, and Rabbi Perman looks forward to sharing all of that with his audience at this performance.Perman still performs regularly for seniors, on stage (at the Embassy in "Cabaret"), and for various groups in town. He also does voiceovers professionally. Mark is grateful to everyone at Embassy Theatre for giving him this outstanding opportunity.
