Visitor Information Touch-Screen Kiosks

Even if you've spent time meticulously planning out your trip, once you arrive in Western Maryland you may have questions. Maybe you have discovered a great, new place to visit and need driving directions to get back to your hotel. You may want to see a list of the restaurants that are close by to grab a quick lunch. Or, maybe you have a few free hours and you want to find an activity that your kids will really enjoy. We've got all that covered.

Hospitality and Welcome Kiosks (HAWK), located throughout the region, provide complete self-service information for travelers. Indoor and outdoor touch screen machines deliver the most up-to-date information on lodging, shopping, dining, things to do, best deals, and location-specific driving directions. The best part is that you can even print right from the kiosk and take the print-out with you.

There is also a Visitor's Center located in the Western Maryland Station in Downtown Cumberland. Open from 9-5 daily, you can stop here to ask about area attractions, get directions, and pick up maps. The Center is located at 13 Canal Street, Cumberland.

It's quick and easy to get the information you want when you want it. That means more time to see and do more fun stuff!
