- Week #1 Winners were from random receipts pulled from Runners Wings (Frostburg); Basecamp (Cumberland) and WheelzUp Adventures (Cumberland)
- Week #2 Winners were from random receipts pulled from Ladybug Boutique (Frostburg), Pet Wants (Frostburg), and Fort Cumberland Emporium (Cumberland)
- Week # 3 Winners were from random receipts pulled from Ladybug Boutique (Frostburg), Myla & Maple (Cumberland) and Three Stars Arts (Cumberland)
- The grand prize winner was a random receipt pulled from Ladybug Boutique (Frostburg).
PRIZES
- Three (3) $50 Visa gift cards will be selected during the promotion period each Thursday on November 30, December 7, and December 14, 2023.
- A winner for the $550 grand prize Visa gift card will be selected on Thursday, December 21, 2023.
CONTEST OVERVIEW
The Shop Small, Win Big contest will begin at 8:00 am, on Friday, November 24, 2023, and end at 11:59 pm on Wednesday, December 20, 2023. Anyone shopping at small businesses in Allegany County through the contest period will have the opportunity to upload their receipts through the entry form for a chance to win the gift card prizes. Each Thursday through the contest period - November 30, December 7, and December 14 - Allegany County Tourism will draw three winners for the $50 Visa gift cards using Random.org. All entries submitted up to that point will be eligible for the drawing. On Thursday, December 21, Allegany County Tourism will draw the grand prize winner for the $550 Visa gift card, using Random.org. The more entries a person submits, the more chances they have to win the grand prize.

CONTEST RULES:
- Participants must submit a separate entry form for each qualifying receipt.
- In-store and online sales to local, independently owned businesses can be submitted for entry.
- There is no limit on the number of entries a participant can submit.
- There is no minimum purchase required.
- Winners will be contacted by the email provided in the form.
- Winners will have 24 hours to respond to claim their prize. If a response is not received within 24 hours from initial contact, another winner will be selected.
- Entrants are eligible for up to one (1) $50 gift card as well as the $550 grand prize.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age to participate in the contest.
