When you shop small this holiday season, we all win big!
Now in its 6th year, the Shop Small, Win Big Holiday Campaign invites you to support local businesses and get rewarded for it. From November 28 – December 21, 2025, every purchase you make at a locally owned small business in Allegany County gives you a chance to win part of $1,000 in cash prizes.
Each receipt you upload = one entry. The more you shop, the more chances you have to win!
Prizes
- Weekly Drawings: Three (3) $50 Visa gift card winners selected each Thursday — December 4, 11, and 18, 2025
- Grand Prize: One (1) $550 Visa gift card winner selected on Monday, December 22, 2025

The Shop Small, Win Big Contest begins at 8:00 AM on Plaid Friday, November 28, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM on Sunday, December 21, 2025.
Anyone who shops at small, independently owned businesses in Allegany County during the contest period can upload their receipts through this form for a chance to win.
- Weekly drawings for $50 Visa gift cards will take place on December 4, 11, and 18 using Random.org.
- The Grand Prize drawing for the $550 Visa gift card will take place on Monday, December 22, 2025, using Random.org.
- All receipts submitted throughout the campaign remain eligible for the grand prize drawing.
Contest Rules
- Each qualifying receipt requires a separate entry form submission.
- There is no minimum purchase required.
- There is no limit to the number of entries you can submit.
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Winners will be contacted by the email address provided on their form.
- Winners must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize or another winner will be selected.
- Entrants may win one (1) $50 Visa gift card plus the $550 grand prize.
